TUYISENGE Fabien was a Director of Supervision since 2011 at NCCR, He is a Program Manager since 2019.
He carries a great experience in Cooperatives sector in Rwanda.
He holds a Master’s degree in in Business Administration, option of Project Management and a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Money and Banking).
